Prior snowmobile experience is strongly recommended for this self-guided rental. While we provide a safety briefing and trail information, there is no guide accompanying you. If you are new to snowmobiling, we recommend checking out one of our guided snowmobile tours instead.
What is included in the rental?
Your rental includes the snowmobile for a full 7 hours, a helmet, trail maps, and a pre-ride safety briefing. Optional add-ons — including rental gear (boots & snowmobile suit), AVY safety equipment, and a pre-pay gas fill-up — are available at checkout.
Do I need a driver's license?
Yes, a valid driver's license is required to operate the snowmobile. Please have your license available at check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your rental start time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If you booked using the Book Now, Pay Later option, the 5% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
What is the Book Now, Pay Later option?
The Book Now, Pay Later option requires a 5% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged approximately two weeks before your rental date. You will receive an email reminder five days in advance. Please contact us before that date if you need to update your payment method.
Where exactly do I meet for the rental?
Your rental is based out of Alpine, Wyoming. Full meeting point details and directions will be included in your booking confirmation email. Alpine is approximately 35 miles southwest of Jackson and is a scenic drive through the Snake River Canyon.
